2020 was a challenging time for many Australian businesses, with ongoing uncertainty about COVID and its impact on the economy. Although we have begun to return to a COVID Normal, the impact of the pandemic is still being felt.
Through the Greater Dandenong Chamber of Commerce (GDCC) and the Victorian Government Business Support Grants, Ashfords is pleased to be able to offer members of the Chamber access to the Business Support Program to help SMEs with their post COVID recovery and ultimately run a better, more successful business.
How does the program work?
The Business Support Program is designed to help you answer the most important questions for your business, to pinpoint your risks and opportunities, and to deliver and execute a practical and considered strategic plan.
Using a range of tools and resources, the Program will help you find the right solutions and prepare for the future.
The Chamber is offering members access to the first stage of the program, fully funded by the Victorian Government. This tailored COVID business recovery program will deliver a clear plan of action, a timeline and an outline of the resources you’ll need to be successful.
The second stage of the Program, which provides one-on-one support with financial performance management, strategic, operational and governance matters, business valuation and improvement solutions and more, will be made available at an exclusive special members’ rate.
