Entrepreneurs’ Programme
When an eligible business joins the Entrepreneurs’ Programme they will receive practical advice and mentorship from a dedicated facilitator, who will work together with the business to help achieve the business’s vision. Program facilitators can help guide the business to be more competitive and productive, attract investors and commercialise products, and work with the research sector to develop innovative solutions.
A dedicated facilitator will sit down with the senior management at no cost to understand their business, and work with them to develop a Growth Roadmap to improve business practices, become more competitive, and take advantage of growth opportunities.
Facilitators provide coaching and mentoring support for up to 1 year to:
- Build skills for the business
- Find opportunities for growth
- Ensure the management is able to continue improving your business after the service ends
- Help the business action the recommendations from the roadmap
- Connect with other organisations for help
Further information on program eligibility criteria are available here.
EP Growth Grant
Once the business has received its Growth Roadmap, they could go on to receive a matched Growth Grant of up to $20,000 to help implement key actions.
